I've come to realize that I have some serious procrastination and A.D.D. issues. I can not concentrate on my work without glancing at my laptop and checking some useless website to see if they've updated. This is becoming a problem! It takes me 6 hours to do something that would normally take one hour if I actually concentrated.
Also, I have sleep issues as well. If I set my alarm at a certain time, I will wake up at least one hour after. Or in worst case scenarios, I won't hear anything at all and continue sleeping..often missing reviews, which is NOT OK.
What to do..what to do. First, I need new alarm clocks..at least two. Second, I don't even know how to solve this procrastination+A.D.D. problem besides just slapping myself every time I waste time. Take now for example, it's 11:44AM. I set my alarm for 9:00AM and I just got out of bed. Right now, I should be finishing my english homework but instead I'm blogging. I need some changes in my life. YES I CAN. ..... um..hhahhaok. I'm leaving!
